This is my last project. Its still a work in progress. I tried to achieve a photorealistic look, with mayas simple Shaders, no fancy mental ray stuff for my first attempt in car rendering. I know there are some issues with the shader, but since my goal is to truely understand all the different aspects of the basic maya shaders, I believe that it ‘ll lead me to a better understanding of the advanced mental ray shader slots. Anyway later on I’ll get into this.
This one is a pretty high poly model with about 150.000 polys. And its stil not finished.
